FAQ
Can we have the RAW files?
RAW files are unfinished working files and do not represent the final quality, style, or storytelling you see in our portfolio. Professional editing is a core part of our creative process, and only fully edited, high-resolution images and films are delivered to ensure a polished, consistent, and elevated final result.
How do we officially book you?
To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required. The remaining balance can be paid in installments of your choice, with flexible payment frequency, as long as the full balance is paid no later than 30 days before the wedding. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, your date is secured on our calendar.
What happens if we need more or less time than your packages?
Our packages are designed to cover most weddings comfortably, but we understand every day is unique. If you need additional coverage, extra hours can be added to ensure every important moment is captured. Conversely, if your day is shorter, we’re happy to adjust to fit your timeline while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that defines our work.
How many images and films will we receive?
On average, galleries include at minimum 75 images per hour of coverage. Film deliverables vary depending on the package booked and may include a trailer, highlight film, and full-length coverage where applicable. Each collection is thoughtfully curated to tell the story of your day with intention and consistency.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Final galleries and films are delivered within 4–6 weeks from the wedding date.
What if we already have engagement photos?
No problem! That time can be applied to another pre-wedding experience, such as bridal portraits, dress shopping, welcome dinners, or any moment you’d like beautifully captured before your wedding day.
